I have been working in and managing restaurants and nightclubs for
the last 27 years. My experience extends from New York City, to Washington, D.C., to Charlotte, NC. I have worked for
Marriott, Best Western, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Hotels, all in Food and Beverage Management. I have also obtained
many skills in various restaurants such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, IHOP, Bob Evans and Hogates. Along with my restaurant
experience, I have been heavily involved in food & nutrition within the retirement communities as well as the public school
system. Because of my experience, I have developed strong culinary skills. I love to create and make my customers dreams come
alive! My
Vice President Devon Weddington has diverse experience in the hospitality and service industry. Devon brings a awesome spirit
to Fantasies and he is family first. DeVon welcomes all challenges and makes sure the customer always comes first.

I was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Queens, NY and am a single father of two daughters that I
raised independently for 18 years. I lived in the Washington, DC area for 20 years until I moved to Charlotte,
where I have now resided for the last seven years. I love to cook, entertain, meet people and have interesting
conversation. God is the King of my life and I'm learning more about him everday as I work on building my faith.
I'm not a perfect man, but am a good man to know and love! My best friend was my father, but unfortunately he passed
away in 1999. My father's death really took a lot out of me, but it also helped me to become a wiser and stronger person.
I miss my father everyday and in every way. I know that my next best friend will be the lady of my life. My father
always said when you find a true friend, you have found gold. I praise God for my Father and for the help my Father
gave me in raising my daughters. |

I have a strong relationship with God and my Family and I want to thank my Mom for being the backbone
of the home. I love her so much for keeping it real and helping me stay straight and focused! The things she says to
me mean so much. I understand now what she wanted me to understand about being an independent man. I
was blessed with two awesome parents, and know that even though my Father is not physically with me, he is with
me in spirit!
